Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, right? It jump starts your metabolism and blah, blah, blah.

I just can’t get in to it.

I like breakfast food, but I just can’t eat it at the start of my day.

I’m at work by 6.30am, so finding something quick and easy to grab or make and eat on the go is a struggle for me. I’ve never really been a big breakfast person so I don’t really know what’s out there as a healthy¬†option.

I’m not used to eating in the morning, so when I do my body doesn’t know what to do. The nicest way to say what happens is breakfast gets rejected. And lately it’s been worse than before. I don’t know if that’s because it’s a mind thing and I expect the rejection, or something else. In the past month-ish I’ve started on some medications that have been messing with my gastrointestinal system like none other.

Ideas? Thoughts? Suggestions?
